- Build native Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose), iOS (Swift, SwiftUI), and backend (Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Redis) systems for QSMP on Kubernetes — real-time chat, Communities, notifications, and authentication.
- Designed a 250K-concurrent-user load-testing suite and drove Redis / PM2 / Nginx remediation; cut API traffic ~80% by replacing polling with Redis-cached WebSocket deltas and diff-based feed updates.

- Built agentic workflows (LangChain) automating eCommerce catalog and order operations — product enrichment, attribute extraction, and order triage.
- Built RAG pipelines on Qdrant with hybrid retrieval (BM25 + dense, reranked), measurably improving relevance over a dense-only baseline.
